Project Managers :

- B.E. in Civil Engineering with minimum 8 to 10 years experience in Construction of High Rise Buildings with reputed builders as Project Manager at Independent Level.
- International experience will be added advantage.
- Liaison regarding re-development with MCGM / MHADA
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS project, etc.
- knowledge of project feasibility calculations.
- Knowledge of NBC.
- Computer literate.
- Civil Engineering products and suppliers knowledge.
- Technical knowledge of R.C.C/Finishing works for High Rise Buildings.

- Scrutinize the bills of all contractors and Suppliers.
- Preparing tender document including quantities take off of each project for each and every construction activity.
- Liason with MCGM / MHADA.

What  is  Re-developement

As the term implies Re Development, It means demolishing the Old Structure and replacing it with a new structure with new dimensions and space." Since this kind of a change is effected with a brand new building standing in place of the old building. The prime advantage of such transformation is evident the usual difference between the old and the new. Assuming that the quality of material used in Re-Development is of good standard, the society can be assured that it need not bother for any major repairs or maintenance for years.

The replacement of the old building with a new one is indeed a huge and arduous task. It might appear to be grueling at first but it is not at all complicated if the society members keep their cool and undertake the correct procedure.

Where the society has to appoint a builder or a construction company or a contractor for redevelopment, an agreement has to be executed. Such agreement is known as the Redevelopment Agreement. It is the basis of redevelopment project and should be drafted meticulously keeping in mind the safety and advantages to be derived with mutual benefits. The original members could demand compensation in the form of extra space, compensation in cash or both in certain cases. It depends upon the kind of project to be undertaken.
